This wine comes from a lost clonal selection of Aglianico
of Cilento, bunch small, sparse, wealth phenol peels.
The wine after a careful vinification at controlled temperature,
lasting about 30 days, is racked and put into new oak barrels
exclusively, where it will be fully carried out in the the
malo-lactic fermentation.
