Aglianico

IGP Paestum Aglianico

Only Aglianico aged in steel tanks for eight months. The grapes are selected and harvested by hand in small crates, then vinified with soft pressing, fermentation in steel tanks and maceration at low temperature. Ceraso is an elegant, persistent wine. The delicate vinification and refinement only in steel give a harmonious and soft red wine, capable of maintaining a pleasant youthful verve, and a taste characterized by an intense minerality.

at sight

A ruby red, barely scratched by young purple flashes.

to the nose

A pleasantly fruity expression of this variety, the wine opens with a dark-colored profile with plenty of blackberry and black plum. Caramel notes of marron glacé and rose hips.

on the palate

Smooth, soft and gentle sip that releases playful savory vibrations, taut and fruity, thus cheering the entire oral cavity. Spicy but silky tannic texture. Fresh acidity with aromas reminiscent of berries and black pepper. Incedere final well supported by a drink enjoyable and intense minerality. Born for those who love a wine with strong and intense aromas and a soft and round drink.
