We are completely organic and Steinerian philosophy teaches us to seek harmony with Nature. And even if the vineyard is a human creation, respect for biodiversity can be maintained, for example, with the practice of green manure, that is, sowing essences that act as natural fertiliser between the rows. Is this type of agriculture more difficult? Sometimes, but we are convinced that respecting the environment is the least we can do to leave the planet in a better condition than we received it.
