IGP Paestum Aglianico

Name in local dialect of Giungano, village where our winery is located. Pure Aglianico, fruit of a selection of grapes vinified at controlled temperature. Maturation in steel tanks, ageing for one year in wood and steel tanks. The delicate vinification and only partial refinement in wood give a harmonious and soft red wine, capable however of preserving a pleasant youthful verve, which is expressed by an intense fruit and a sip characterized by a nice expressive tension.

at sight

In the glass it appears sparkling with a ruby red color.

to the nose

Excellent olfactory spectrum: red fruits such as cherry, blackberry, floral notes of violet and spices. Evolved and well recorded tertiary charge.

on the palate

Energetic, exuberant, crisp tannins, fine, an elegant expression of aging in wood. Soft, full-bodied wine, its fullness envelops the palate. Weight and density of fruit is perceived in the mouth with a fascinating aftertaste of sweet spices and balsamic notes. A long-lived wine, with an enjoyable drink that leaves a long and persistent finish.
