red

Different territories, different expressions. The San Salvatore 1988 red wines represent a true interpretation of the terroir in which they come to life, showcasing their evolution year after year, always with an eye to the future. Our goal is to fully enhance the terroir, which means fostering the dialogue between all the elements that define its identity – from the soil to the climate, from the layout of the vineyards to the art of the person who cultivates them. Each red wine is an emblem of this harmonious encounter, expressing the power and depth of its place of origin

pino di stio

pino di stio

IGP PAESTUM ROSSO

Pinot Noir grapes. At 650 meters above sea level among the woods and mountains of Stio, in an area where the characteristic red pines grow, there is a small vineyard. A small piece of land that gives precious grapes from which we get a unique wine: 100% Pinot Noir, a rarity for Cilento and for the whole Campania. Seeing it flourish in the same land of Aglianico might seem like a gamble, but for us it is, instead, the result of patient and accurate work. An elegant, fragrant and silky wine.
