100% Aglianico. Born from the desire to experiment with the Classic Method on the vine par excellence of the Campania tradition: Aglianico. It thus combines the jovial and irreverent character with the natural vocation to be sparkling: the perfect synthesis between processing technique and uniqueness of the Campania territory.

to the nose

Expressive bouquet characterized by aromas of melannurca, very ripe wild strawberry jam, hints of almond and croissant.


on the palate

To the palate, elegant, full-bodied and well structured, with tannins present, but with a silky texture, a nice aromatic freshness, which reveals a mineral background and a fantastic return of intense red fruit. Nice finish that with savoriness and a nice expressive tension makes it an exciting rosé for character, fullness and elegance.
