pian di stio evoluzione

Organic Fiano

IGP Paestum Fiano Bio

Pian di Stio Evoluzione is not just a wine, but a project of valorization of the territory and of Campania’s autochthonous vines. Fiano grapes come from a specific “cru” of the vineyard in Stio, chosen year by year, where we select few bunches per single plot which give excellent grapes. After this further selection. Part of the mass of must undergoes fermentation and subsequently an aging in French oak barriques. This phase tends to smoothen the most vertical parts of the wine, making it softer, without compromising its acidity. A completely new and amazing wine. An EVOLUTION. A Fiano of great complexity and generosity after two years of aging in bottle. A concept of respect and valorisation of a vine which must evolve in order to balance itself and give its best.

Wine, gold, glass

The modern and minimalist design of the bottle corresponds to EVOLUZIONE’s philosophy. The shape of the bottle is elegant and precious, the dark glass instead explains that substance is always invisible to the eye and we should be guided only by our senses. The gold label emphasizes that we are in front of a special wine. The aim is to conceive a wine collection that will excite wine lovers around the world every year.

at sight

Intense golden yellow, very bright and consistent with fluorescent hues.

to the nose

Intense, rich and complex bouquet. Hints of caramelized and roasted hazelnuts and almonds, va-
nilla and honey immediately emerge. Hints of hay and tea leaves emerge.

on the palate

The taste is full and enveloping, round and soft. The mouth is pervaded by mineral sensations and
complex aromas of ripe fruit. The finish is long, persistent and evolved..
